By proceeding with your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
 

• Seat Reservation

  • Seats must be reserved at least 3 days in advance.

  • A Rp100,000 reservation fee per person is required. This amount will be credited toward your entrance ticket at the attraction.

• Pick-Up Points & Times

  • Daily departures from Beachwalk Shopping Center (7:00 AM) and FINNS Beach Club (8:00 AM).

  • Guests must arrive 15 minutes before departure. The shuttle will leave on schedule; late arrivals cannot be accommodated.

• Attractions Covered

  • The shuttle connects to partner attractions such as ATV adventures, white-water rafting, and Bali Zoo.

  • Admission tickets to attractions are not included in the shuttle service.

• Changes & Cancellations

  • Reservation fees are non-refundable in case of no-show or late cancellation (within 24 hours of departure).

  • Date changes may be allowed, subject to availability.

• Liability

  • BACKZTAGE provides transportation only and is not responsible for activities, operations, or conditions at the attractions.

  • Passengers travel at their own risk; personal travel insurance is recommended.

• Code of Conduct

  • Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and fellow travelers.

  • Smoking, alcohol, or disruptive behavior on board is not permitted.

• Service Limitations

  • The shuttle may be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather, traffic, or operational issues. In such cases, affected passengers will be notified promptly and offered an alternative date.
